Overview

By my legal research, Bishop Estate has an ongoing contractual agreement to make and keep lot #1, located at the intersection of Kahuhipa and Haiku Road, into a Park for the enjoyment of the owners surrounding the park. Bishop's efforts to use Haiku Village Park for their own purposes are a breach of contract and trespass on our rights of use.

I am willing to represent the local owners and only be paid if attorney fees are awarded in Court.

Statements by the City and County's Corporate Counsel  

The corporate counsel, which is the attorneys that represent the City and County of Honolulu, wrote an interested analysis.
